If you wish to contact me regarding issues of copyrighted material or intellectual property; or you are having trouble accessing/using the website; or for any other website-related reason, please e-mail me using the e-mail address above. If you are a Nigerian banker who is offering to deposit a large sum of money into my bank account for a small fee and my bank details, please send the e-mail to Jacqui Smith, MP instead.

Terms of Use (for all)

1. Ninth & Beyond is intended as a non-commercial Doctor Who website owned by myself, Dan Ludlow.
2. Most of the images on this website are copyright of some third party. Most are screen shots from the BBC programme Doctor Who and are used mainly to aid reviews of the episodes, to make the website look nicer, or to provide a graphical link to a third party website. Any copyright infringement is unintentional. If you believe that anything on the website infringes copyright, please send an e-mail to the above address.
3. In relation to point ii. above, the images on this website may only be used for your own personal, non-commercial use. I would appreciate it if you were to ask my permission before using any of the images on your website. Do not remove any tag from a picture if one exists!
4. All links on Ninth & Beyond are checked for inappropriate content where possible. It is, however, not responsible for the content of third party websites. Click on the links at your own peril.
5. Whilst every effort is made to provide accurate information, spelling and grammar, it is inevitable that some of the information on the website fails to meet at least one of these requirements; for which I apologise.
6. The website has been tested to work on the compatible browsers listed below. Sometimes, however, there may be issues with one particular browser which may not be immediately noticed. The main browser used to check the pages is Mozilla Firefox.
7. All opinions expressed on the forum are personal opinions of the person making them and are not necessarily the opinion of the website. The website content, including the forum, is moderated to avoid distress to other forum members or to third parties.

Terms of Use (for members)

1. By registering you agree to provide an accurate e-mail address for the purposes of completing registration. Once registered, your e-mail address will only be used to contact you for moderation purposes.
2. Please do not include or link to inappropriate material in any content you post. Inappropriate material includes that which is not suitable for those under the age of eighteen, that is illegal (in the UK and/or in Georgia, US at the very least), and that which seeks to offend others.
3. Please do not include or link to comments that could be considered libellous. For example, being critical of a person's script is acceptable, but making nasty personal comments about the person is not.
4. Please do not hotlink to images or content on a third-party website unless it is your own (i.e. your Photobucket account).
5. Copyright and intellectual property is all important. Please do not copy news articles, synopses, reviews or other content and use it as your own (unless you hold the copyright/intellectual property). An example would be copying an audio synopsis from the Big Finish website and pasting it into the synopsis box. It's a quick and convienient way of adding a synopsis, but it's not allowed!
6. Do not post advertisements or links to commercial websites. It is, however, acceptable to link to a commercial website in a news report if it can be justified (i.e. if your news report is about Character Options releasing a new range of Doctor Who toys).
7. Content posted that breaks any of the above rules will be removed. If repeated breaches occur, the offending user may also be banned as a last resort.

• A broadband Internet connection;
• A compatible web browser (see below)
• A computer capable of running Windows XP or Windows Vista;
• A monitor with a 1024px or higher screen resolution;
• A mouse and keyboard.

Please note that there are some variations in the way these browsers display the website. It is always a good idea to update your web browser often, for security and compatibility reasons. Please don't expect Ninth & Beyond to work on Internet Explorer V5.5 for example.
