Contacting Ninth & Beyond:-
If, for whatever reason, you wish to contact me, please do so via the e-mail address above.
Please note: all e-mails sent to this address require you to acknowledge that you sent it. If you have not sent me an e-mail before,
you will need to reply to an automatically generated verification e-mail from the above address. Sorry to be a pain, but it is
to prevent a copious amount of spam e-mail.
Finally, please do not send advertisements for commercial websites. It is very unlikely that I will place any advertisements on the
website. However, please feel free to send links to your own, non-commerical, Doctor Who and Sci-Fi/Fantasy websites. I can't guarantee that all of them will appear on the links pages, but I will always look at the website before considering whether or not to link to it.
Terms & Conditions:-
- Ninth & Beyond is intended as a non-commercial Doctor Who website owned by myself, Dan Ludlow.
-
Most of the images on this website are copyright of some third party. Most are screen shots from the BBC programme Doctor Who
and are used mainly to aid reviews of the episodes, to make the website look nicer, or to provide a graphical link to a third party website.
Any infringement of any copyright is unintentional. If you believe that anything on the website infringes copyright, please send an e-mail to
the above address.
-
In relation to point ii. above, the images on this website may only be used for your own personal, non-commercial use. I would appreciate it if you
were to ask my permission before using any of the images on your website (excluding the avatars). Do not remove any tag from a picture!
- Ninth & Beyond is not responsible for the content of third party websites. Click on the links at your own peril.
-
Whilst every effort is made to provide accurate information, spelling and grammar, it is inevitable that some of the information
on the website fails to meet at least one of these requirements; for which I apologise.
-
The website has been tested to work on the compatible browsers listed below. Sometimes, however, there may be issues with one particular browser
which may not be immediately noticed. The main browser used to check the pages is Mozilla Firefox.
-
All opinions expressed on the forum are personal opinions of the person making them and, unless they are my own, are not the opinion of the
website. The forum is moderated to avoid distress to other forum members or to third parties.
Some things to remember:-
- Your name.
- That the Earth is round.
- That god(s) may or not exist and that he/she/it/they may or may not have created the world.
-
That the Peter Cushing movies are not canon and were never meant to be so. Any comments suggesting that
the Doctor's granddaughter, Susan Foreman, was abandoned on Earth in 2150 are therefore false.
- That the Police Telephone boxes on which the TARDIS is based were made of concrete, not wood, and had doors that opened outwards, not inwards.

Thanks:-
First of all I'd like to thank Russell T. Davies and all those at BBC Wales for bringing back Doctor Who and making it a success. Keep up the good work guys!
